Prices
Our prices are variable and depend on the length of stay. They are calculated as a flat rate and include utility costs, energy, and Wi-Fi. During the heating months, we reserve the right to add an energy surcharge.
We provide bed linen and an initial supply of consumables for the kitchen and bathroom.

Arrival
Early registration and reservation are essential. Please contact us by phone to arrange key handover, as we do not have a reception. We require approximately one hour’s notice.
