long-term rental – in a central location
We understand that comfort and functionality are crucial. That’s why we offer a wide range of apartment sizes – from cozy studios to spacious multi-room apartments. All apartments have fully equipped kitchens, modern rooms with smart and satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and private bathrooms with washing machines.
For multiple guests, we only rent fully furnished single rooms to one customer per apartment. We do not offer shared room occupancy.

Since 1995, “Apartments In Kiel” has been successfully providing flexible accommodation options for well-known companies from Germany and abroad. We manage a total of 15 apartments at Hamburger Chaussee 72 and 74, with approximately 30 beds in single rooms, and support our clients from various industries, such as shipbuilding/marine, construction, consulting, defense, medical technology, and logistics.
